Works on maintenance and verification of the equipment specified in Table No. 1 should be performed according to technical charts (Appendix 1) with the entry of verification data in the forms.
The work includes disconnecting, dismantling and cleaning the measuring instruments, transporting the measuring instruments to the workplace, carrying out verification, installing and connecting the measuring instruments, applying verification marks, preparing documentation for the work performed (verification certificate, act of unsuitability, act of work performed, entering data on verification in forms).
Measuring instruments transferred for verification and exported outside the territory
LLC "Surgut Perevalka" is drawn up with an act of acceptance and transfer.
Comments: The work should be performed in accordance with the attached technical specifications and the submission of documents should be performed according to the annex to the technical specifications

Работы по выполнению технического обслуживания и поверки оборудования, указанного в таблице № 1, выполнять по техническим картам (Приложение 1) с занесением данных о поверке в формуляры.
Работы включают в себя отключение, демонтаж и чистка СИ, транспортировка СИ к рабочему месту, проведение поверки, установка и подключение СИ, нанесение знаков поверки, подготовка документации по проведенным работам (свидетельство о поверке, акт о непригодности, акт выполненных работ, занесение данных о поверке в формуляры).
Средства измерения, передаваемые в поверку и вывозимые за территорию
ООО «Сургут перевалка» оформляются актом приёма-передачи.
