Comments: LLC TD Polymetal invites you to take part in the procurement procedure for the performance of works on a complex of engineering surveys (IGMI, IEI, IGDI, IGI) in the North-Even district of the Magadan region for the needs of LLC Omolon Gold Mining Company. The project requirements are reflected in the Terms of Reference and its annex. Please note that the necessary detailed information on each type of engineering survey is specified in Annexes 2.1 – 2.4 to the draft contract, which is also attached. If you are interested in performing the work, we ask you to provide a commercial offer, which must necessarily contain: 1. KP according to the form of the Offer Card; 2. Estimated calculation of the cost of performing each type of engineering survey; 3. All necessary permits according to the TOR; 4. Constituent documents of the company according to the attached list; 5. Consent to the processing of personal data in the form in the appendix; 6. The completed questionnaire of the counterparty according to the form in the appendix.
