- availability of equipment and mechanisms for the performance of work;
- availability of permits for the performance of this type of work;
- commissioning of the facility.

- commercial offer for performance of works with indication of total cost of works, CMR and cost of materials (materials of the customer).
- documents specified in the list of annex No. 1, certified by a notary or having the inscription "Copy is correct", certified by the authorized person and the seal of the counterparty.
