4. Scope of work performed
The Contractor must erect a site for servicing the head tanks of autoclaves of the Secondary Firing and Pitch Impregnation Workshop (TsPOiP), namely, to carry out a set of construction and installation works provided for in the project PKO JSC "EPM-NE3" ST13339KM "TsPOiP.
Horizontal autoclaves. A platform for servicing the head tanks ". To clarify the conditions for the performance of work, familiarization with the object and the placement of equipment in the workshop, the arrival of the contractor's representatives to the Customer is necessary.
The contractor in his commercial offer indicates the cost, procedure and terms of payment, manufacturing and delivery. The work is carried out at the expense of the contractor - from his materials, by his forces and means in accordance with the approved project documentation, building codes and regulations. To carry out the work in the existing workshop.
5. The procedure for control and acceptance of works
The results of the work are documented in the form of acts of work performed.
6. Occupational health and safety requirements
When performing work on the territory of the Customer, the Contractor (contractor) provides the UOTiPB with a list of documents necessary for the execution of orders - permits for the performance of work by contractors
organizations.
Before issuing a work permit for the production of work, the Contractor must
provide the Customer with the following documents:
• Copies of documents confirming the presence of a labor protection service and / or a labor protection specialist in the contractor (order for appointment to a position in the contractor, certificate of a labor protection specialist) or the existence of an agreement with an accredited organization in the field of labor protection services;
• A copy of the Certificate (SRO) for the right to perform this type of work;
• Copies of attestation certificates I '[R for labor protection and general industrial safety requirements. When performing work on gas, on vessels operating under pressure, using PMG, hoists (towers), in electrical installations, conducting hot work - copies of certificates for each type of work;
• Medical clearance of personnel;
• Copies of certificates of gas electric welders, slingers, crane drivers, hoists (towers). For gas-electric welders - copies of certification protocols for the fire-technical minimum;
• Before the start of registration of the work permit, all employees of the contracting organization, including managers, are required to undergo an induction briefing at the UOTuPB (with a document confirming their identity and age). When performing work, all employees must have certified clothing, footwear and other personal protective equipment necessary to perform this type of work.
• Note: in the event that any document expires, the work permit is not issued until a new document is submitted. In case of revealing inconsistencies of the information in the submitted documents with the requirements of regulatory legal acts, the Customer has the right to initiate an audit by the H&S service in matters of labor protection and industrial safety in the Contractor's organization. The Contractor shall notify the Customer about the fulfillment of all the specified conditions in writing with all supporting documents attached. Failure to comply with the terms of this clause by the Contractor gives the Customer the right not to allow the Contractor to perform the work, the delay in the execution of the work in this case is the fault of the Contractor.
7 Working conditions
