Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Заказчиком производится оплата аванса в размере 30 % от стоимости работ на расчетный счет Подрядчика в течение 5 банковских дней с момента предоставления счета Подрядчиком.
Окончательный расчет производится Заказчиком в течение 10 банковских дней с момента подписания Сторонами акта выполненных работ на основании счета – фактуры предоставленной Подрядчиком.
Датой оплаты считается день списания денежных средств с расчетного счета Заказчика на счет Подрядчика, что подтверждается платежным поручением с отметкой банка Заказчика.
Стороны договорились, что проценты за пользование денежными средствами, установленные статьей 317.1 ГК РФ, к денежным обязательствам Сторон не применяются, не начисляются и оплате не подлежат.
