Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
The Customer pays the Contractor an advance in the amount of 30% (thirty percent) of the Contract Price specified in the Contract. The advance payment shall be paid after the Parties have signed the Agreement within 15 (fifteen) business days from the day the Contractor submits the invoice for the advance payment, but not earlier than the provision by the Contractor of the guarantee of the return of the advance payment under the Agreement and the provision by the Contractor of security for the performance of obligations under the Agreement.
Settlement for the manufactured and delivered Equipment is made net of the advance payment paid, based on the cost of the manufactured and delivered Equipment specified in the Agreement within 30 (thirty) business days after the Parties have signed the acceptance certificate for the Equipment, the waybill in the TORG-12 form, and confirming, reporting and allowing documents specified in the Terms of Reference (Appendix No. 2 to the Agreement), and submission by the Contractor of the original invoice and invoice for payment of the Equipment to the Customer in time Contracted Agreement

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
