Payment terms:
Payment for work performed shall be made by the Customer after 30 (thirty) banking days after the signing of acts on the performance of work.
Delivery terms:
1. The work is done from the materials of the contractor;
2. Availability of SRO for work;
3. Certification of engineers and industrial safety performers of hazardous production facilities;
4. Duration of work according to the schedule agreed with the customer.

6. The participant who participated in the procedure (made a proposal) must be provided with a locally estimated calculation made on the basis of the above projects, taking into account all the work.
7. The participant who participated in the procedure must attach a commercial offer and a local estimate.

In the event that tax reporting is absent or does not allow a sufficient degree of certainty to verify the integrity of the Contractor, the Customer has the right to request other documents confirming the possibility of independent performance by the Contractor of services, including, but not limited to: an extract from organizational chart with copies of labor contracts of the specialists designated to perform the works attached, information on any of the following owned: office, warehouse, production facilities, equipment/tools/mechanisms, transport facilities.
In case none of the said documents are provided, the Customer has the right to reject the proposal (offer).
