Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:• 50% (fifty percent) of the value of the order is made by the customer as advance payment within 5 (Five) working days from the date of signing by the parties of the respective order and invoicing;
• the remaining 50% (fifty per cent) of the value adopted for the corresponding Product Request is made by the customer within 5 (Five) working days from the date of signing by the parties of an act performed work on such products and invoicing
Delivery terms:during the term specified in the applicable Order production, the contractor manufactures products.
After production, the contractor shall send Customer notification about the manufacture and willingness to surrender and transfer of products.

For acceptance-transfer Products Contractor independently carries out the following:
Preparations for acceptance-transfer products;
Provides a day of acceptance-transfer Products, fully in accordance with the contract and order, as well as project documentation (if passed the customer previously), the Act of work, expense and invoice, designed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and the present contract.
Packaging and shipment of products to transport when it is exported and acceptance. In the case of delivery to a specified location, transport and unloading takes place, the host Party.
