Payment terms:Payment for the Work performed is made by the Customer monthly within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of registration of the invoice for payment in the Customer's records management department, if there is a package of documents signed by the Parties (invoice, invoice, certificate of work performed).
Delivery terms:The deadlines are from May 17, 2024 to May 31, 2025, with the possibility of prolongation of the contract.

TO Bidders OF THE PROCEDURE FOR INFORMATION!
1. Acceptance of bids for participation in the procurement procedure takes place on the B2B-Center Platform until 12:00 on 04/15/2024. A scan of the completed information about the applicant and experience in performing similar deliveries must be attached to the bid.
2. The rebidding date will be indicated additionally.
3. The cost of offers is indicated in rubles for the full volume of delivery excluding VAT.
Note: this request for proposals is not a Bid Notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Bidders.
