Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:• 50% (Fifty percent) of the cost of the corresponding Order is made by the Customer as an advance within 5 (Five) business days from the date of signing by the Parties of the relevant Order and invoice;
• the remaining 50% (Fifty percent) of the cost of the Accepted Products for the relevant Order is made by the Customer within 5 (Five) business days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act of work performed on such Products and invoicing
Delivery terms:During the period specified in the relevant Order for the manufacture of Products, the Contractor manufactures the Products.
After the manufacture of the Products, the Contractor shall send the Customer a notice of manufacture and readiness for delivery and transfer of the Products.

When accepting and transferring the Products, the Contractor independently carries out the following:
Preparation for acceptance and transfer of products;
Provides on the day of acceptance and transfer of Products that are fully consistent with the Agreement and the Order, as well as Project documentation (if such was transmitted by the Customer earlier), the Act of completion, invoice and invoices drawn up in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and this Agreement.
Packing and loading the Products onto transport during its export and acceptance. In case of delivery of the Products to the specified place by transport, unloading is carried out by the receiving party.
