5% of the cost of works within the framework of the order within 10 (ten) working days after the expiry of 3 calendar months from the date of signing of the act of acceptance of executed works on the corresponding order on the basis of the invoice issued by the contractor, provided that no Disputes regarding the proper performance of the work and any obligations under the Treaty.
