Payment terms:
Payment is made within 90 days from the date of the provision of services and the signing of the certificate of delivery - acceptance. Participant may suggest his own payment terms.
An application submitted by a participant, which is a subject of small and medium business, which has proposed payment conditions for more than 15 working days in the Application, may be accepted by the Purchasing Commission and will be considered as an Application with a deferred payment of 15 working days.

- A document establishing the right to take action on behalf of the counterparty (for example, a power of attorney);
- A letter rejecting further claims on the occasion that the proposal is not submitted at the auction by the Bidder itself (in free form on the company letterhead signed by an authorized person).
