Payment terms:Payment of the Contract price (of the work performed) is made by the Customer on the basis of the Certificate of acceptance of the work performed, signed by the Parties upon completion of all work, less than 60 and no more than 90 calendar days from the date of signing the Certificate of acceptance of the work performed, provided that the Contractor submits the complete set to the Customer following documents:
ü - accounts;
- acceptance certificate of work performed (form No. KS-2), signed by the Parties;
- certificates on the cost of work performed and costs (form No. KS-3), signed by the Parties;
Settlements under the Agreement are made by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor specified in the Agreement, and they can also have a different form of settlement that does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
