Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Payment is desirable within 30-90 calendar days from the date of signing of the certificate of completion, with an advance payment, a bank guarantee is mandatory (the list of banks is in Appendix 5 of the procurement documentation)
Delivery terms:Total term: 274 calendar days (from 01/01/2020 to 12/31/2020).
The deadlines for the implementation of work on the facilities are indicated in Appendix 1 of the procurement documentation (in the form of a Commercial Proposal).

Comments:
Work must be carried out by an organization having:
1. SRO with the right to perform work on especially dangerous and technically complex capital construction facilities;
2. Corresponding material and technical base:
2.1. equipment for installation (dismantling) work (rigging and mounting devices, hoisting mechanisms);
2.2. Machines and mechanisms according to estimates
3. Qualified staff:
3.1. Specialists certified:
- according to safety regulations (protocol of RosTekhnadzor for certification А 1);
- GPM (protocol of RosTekhnadzor for certification B 9.31);
- RosTekhnadzor protocol for certification B 8.23;
- OT (knowledge verification protocols);
- OT when working at an altitude of 1, 2, 3 groups (knowledge testing protocols)
- Protocol on the assignment of an electrical safety group;
- protocol on passing the fire-technical minimum for fire and welding.
4. Certified workers: welders
5. Experience in carrying out such work
6. In the process, waste is generated - 3,540 tons. Waste hazard class - 4.

Essential conditions:
1. It is MANDATORY to visit and inspect the facility before submitting a tender application!
2. Current production.
3. Passing the audit of the Customer.
4. Mandatory development and coordination of POR!
Compliance with the regulations on the admission of contracting organizations for the performance of work, the provision of services in the territory and facilities of the Company (Appendix 4 of the procurement documentation). 5. Compliance with internal regulations on the territory of the plant (Appendix 7 of the procurement documentation).
6. Contractor material.
7. Payment is desirable within 30-90 calendar days from the date of signing of the act of work performed, with an advance payment, a bank guarantee is mandatory (the list of banks is in Appendix 5 of the Purchasing Documentation).
8. The conclusion of the contract is provided for in the form of a standard contract, adopted by PJSC "ChTPZ" (Appendix 6 of the procurement documentation).
