Comments:
1. This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The Buyer shall have the right to refuse all the received proposals without incurring any liability.
All required documents, in accordance with the terms of this procurement documentation and the system's regulations, must be provided by the Participant in a scanned format in an accessible format (preferably the format of z.pdf).
3. The cost of services must be confirmed by a local estimate based on the TSNB-2001 Chelyabinsk Region by basis-index method using estimated value recalculation indices to the current price level in accordance with the indices approved by the Chelyabinsk region's executive authorities, which are in force for the period.
The remaining and more detailed terms of the offer request are contained in the application documentation, which is an integral annex to this notification.
