Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:1) 50% advance payment within 28 calendar days from the date of signing of the order and invoice by the Parties;
2) 40% as an advance payment within 28 calendar days from the date of receipt by the customer of the notification of completion of works.
3) 10% within 28 calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act on acceptance of performed works.

Works on placing of additional sections and VLEs on objects:
1) 50% as advances within 28 calendar days from the date of the signing of the relevant order and invoice by the Parties;
2) 40% as advances within 28 calendar days from the date of receipt by the customer of the notification of completion of work on the installation of additional sections and vles and invoicing;
3) 10% of the cost of works within 28 calendar days from the date of signing of the Act on acceptance of performed works by the parties.
