Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

Delivery terms:The place of rendering services is the territory of the Customer JSC "Mikhailovsky GOK named after A.V. Varichev" (object: UPZCH. CMC (two-storey non-residential building letter V/1 PL. 5,817.9 sq. m, inv. No. 0102243). Term of work: from 05/01/2024 to 30.06.2024. The main requirements for the work are in full compliance with the terms of the Terms of Reference and the PSA.

Comments:
This request for proposals consists of 1 stage:

1. When submitting an bid, it is required to provide completed appendices to the request and pass:

2. For Bidders of Call for Bidding for METALLOINVEST Group of Companies, it is mandatory to pass the qualification selection for the groups "Services on REIS" and "Services on SMR" (111, 169). To do this, you must pass accreditation No. 627 at the B2B site. The table to be filled in is attached to this accreditation. Attachment of any additional documents is not required when filling out this table.

3. The technical and commercial proposal must strictly correspond to the data indicated on the electronic platform. If the data in the attached Technical and Commercial Proposal and the completed electronic form on the site do not match, the electronic form takes precedence. In case of non-compliance with the above requirements, the Technical and Commercial Proposal will be rejected.

4. Applicants fill out Appendices No. 1-4 to the Technical and Commercial Proposal request. It is required to enclose a completed form of the Technical and commercial proposal (Appendix No. 5) and a Separate Statement indicating the price for each item (in an editable format).

5. It is also necessary to consider the form of the contract (available in the biddocumentation).

6. In case of providing false information, a potential service provider may be suspended from participation in the Call for Bidding, and if the unreliability of the information provided is revealed after the conclusion of the Contract, such an Agreement may be terminated. The Company has the right to choose an Offer that does not have the lowest price, as well as to accept or reject any Offer in whole or in part, as well as to reject all Offers with or without explanation, as well as to cancel the Call for Bidding at any stage, including after selecting the Winner.

7. METALLOINVEST Group of Companies uses electronic document management (EDI) with its partners and customers in the Dyad system (http://www.diadoc.ru ) SKB Kontur company. Please note that, all other things being equal, preference may be given to a supplier using electronic document management systems (the form of the agreement is available in the bid documentation).
