Payment terms:
Settlement for all actually performed, delivered by the Contractor and accepted by the Customer works based on the acts of acceptance and acceptance of work, certificates of cost (forms KS-2 and KS-3) and reconciliation reports submitted by the Contractor no later than 5 and on the 20th day of the current month, signed by the parties no later than 5 (Five) banking days after receipt by the Customer.
