2. The purpose of the renovation:
2.1. Repair (replacement) of worn out equipment owned by EPM-NEZ JSC:
2.1.1. Overhaul of a turnout switch with branches.

3. Scope of work performed.
3.1. The turnout is overhauled. (1 PC.)
3.2. Branch of the railway track - (41 m.)
4. Materials purchased by the contractor as part of this work in the TK
5. Payment terms: upon completion of the work.

6. Working conditions: repairs are carried out in "windows" (preliminary agreed with the customer).

7. Start-completion of the renovation: 04.2021 - 04.2021.

8. Contractor's obligations in the field of industrial safety and labor protection:
in the TK

Comments:
The participant who took part in the procedure (made an offer), before the deadline for accepting applications, must upload the following documents to the system:
1. Charter (with all additions and changes, if any).
2. Certificate of state registration.
3. Tax registration certificate.
4. Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
5. Balance sheet as of the last reporting date with the tax authority's mark of acceptance.
6. Documents confirming the authority of the representative to sign documents:
- Decision (Protocol).
- Power of attorney.
