Payment terms:Payment of works performed by the Contractor is carried out after signing of the certificate of delivery and acceptance of the performed works within 60 (sixty) calendar days after receipt by the Customer from the Contractor of the full package of documents (including accounts, invoices, acts of delivery and acceptance of performed works) by transferring by the Customer of funds to the current account of the performer.
Delivery terms:The lot is single and indivisible. Work on the lot cannot be done partially or selectively.
