Payment terms:Оплата за фактически выполненные работы производится Заказчиком ежемесячно до __25__ числа месяца, следующего за отчетным. Расчет производится на основании актов о приемке выполненных работ по форме КС-2 (Приложение №5), справок о стоимости выполненных работ и затрат по форме КС-3 (Приложение №6) и выставленных Подрядчиком счетов на оплату.
Окончательный расчет за выполненные работы осуществляется в течение 30 рабочих дней с момента подписания Сторонами последнего акта о приемке выполненных работ по форме КС-2 (Приложение №5) и последней справки о стоимости выполненных работ и затрат по форме КС-3 (Приложение №6) на основании выставленного Подрядчиком счета на оплату.
