Requirements to the bidders:
Bidder can be any legal entity or individual entrepreneur. Claim victory in the contest Contest participants may offer the best conditions for the execution of the Agreement and meet the following requirements:
a) compliance with the requirements of the Bidder, established in accordance with the Russian legislation to persons engaged in the performance of obligations, which are the subject of the Agreement;
b) failure to elimination of the Bidder - legal entity and no arbitration decision on the recognition of the Bidder - legal entity or individual entrepreneur bankrupt and the opening of bankruptcy proceedings;
c) are not suspended the activities of the Bidder in accordance with the procedure stipulated by the Code of Administrative Offenses, on the day of submission of the application;
g) submission of information specified in clause 5.1.4 of the Tender Documentation.;

Contract conclusion date:
