Обоснование: В соответствии с п. 7.12.3 Положения о закупках товаров, работ, и услуг для внутренних нужд ООО «УК Отель Патриот» (редакция 3.0) В случае признания запроса предложений несостоявшимся в связи с тем, что на основании результатов рассмотрения заявок на участие в запросе предложений заявка участника запроса предложений признана единственной заявкой, соответствующей требованиям и условиям, предусмотренным извещением о проведении запроса предложений и тендерной документацией, в том числе в случае, если заявка участника является единственной заявкой, поданной на участие в запросе предложений, заказчик вправе не заключать договор с данным участником запроса предложений.
В соответствии с п. 10.4.1 Положения о закупках товаров, работ, и услуг для внутренних нужд ООО «УК Отель Патриот» (редакция 3.0) заказчик вправе заключить договор с таким участником запроса предложений по согласованной цене, не превышающей ценовое предложение, и на иных условиях договора, установленных в его заявке на участие в запросе предложений).
