3.1. The Customer pays for the cost of work or stages of work specified in the relevant Application on the first working Thursday after the expiration of 45 calendar days, calculated from the day following the date of signing by the Customer of the acceptance certificate for the work performed / stage of work on the Application, subject to receipt from the Contractor the original invoice, drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.

Comments: When carrying out work on land surveying (clarification of boundaries) under the Objects:
1.1. Collection (receipt), study and analysis of available data, cartographic materials for the area of work, receipt of cadastral plans of the territory;
1.2. Obtaining from the relevant territorial bodies of state power and organizations the necessary information about the points of the State Civil Service and / or OMS, a cartographic basis and other documents necessary for carrying out cadastral work on land plots;
1.3. Carrying out cadastral works necessary for the state cadastral registration of land plots, including drawing up and submitting for approval (agreement) schemes for the location of land plots on the cadastral plan (map) of the relevant territory, land surveying projects (for land plots of ERA in the amount according to Column 6 of Appendix 1 to this Terms of Reference, if necessary), support and elimination of the submitted comments, obtaining from the Office of the Federal Registration Service, Cadastre and Cartography of the necessary information about adjacent land plots and real estate;
1.4. Preparation of land plot plans, preparation of easement boundaries schemes on the cadastral plan of the territory (if necessary, in the event of an agreement / s on the establishment of an easement). Coordination of documents with all interested bodies and persons is carried out by the Contractor independently, when resolving controversial issues - with the participation of the Customer;
1.5. Obtaining the necessary positive approvals from state bodies on materials for the provision of a land plot for a new period;
1.6. Submission to the registering authority of a set of documents for the purpose of cadastral registration of land plots (land plot plan), including correction of register errors within the existing boundaries of land plots entered in the USRN;
1.7. Maintenance of materials, including the elimination of comments, before a decision is made by the registration authority for a decision on entering information on the boundaries of the land plot into the USRN.
1.8. Obtaining extracts from the USRN for land plots;
1.9. Preparation of applications, packages of documents necessary for applying to state (municipal) bodies authorized to manage land plots, or to the owner of the land plot;
1.10. If necessary, making changes to the type of permitted use in accordance with the certificate of ownership and the approved classifier;
1.11. Accompanying the signing of the lease agreement / s, easement, agreements to the lease agreement / s with the Landlord and the Customer, agreements on the establishment of easement (the name of the objects located on the land plots, indicate in accordance with the information provided for in the USRN, the certificate of state registration);
1.12. State registration of lease agreements, easements of land plots, agreements to lease agreements, agreements on the establishment of easements in Rosreestr;
1.13. Transfer to the Customer of lease agreements registered in accordance with the law, agreements on the establishment of easements, agreements to lease agreements, orders, resolutions, orders for the provision of plots, approvals and conclusions, formed land affairs;
1.14. Performing other works (services) necessary to achieve the goal of the work specified in this assignment.
2. When carrying out work on making changes to the established security zone of the power grid facility:
2.1. Obtaining from the Customer documents confirming the ownership or other legal basis for the ownership of the ESH facility and materials, including materials necessary for submission to Rostechnadzor to agree on the boundaries of protected zones (if necessary);
2.2. Obtaining from the relevant territorial government bodies and organizations the necessary information from the USRN, information about the points of the State Civil Service and / or OMS, a cartographic basis and other documents necessary for carrying out cadastral works;
2.3. Carrying out work to determine for the ESH Object the location of the boundaries of the security zone on the section of the ESH facility, provided for in Appendix 1 to this technical task, by determining the coordinates of its characteristic points;
2.4. Drawing up a map (plan) with entering information about the boundaries of the security zone in the USRN;
2.5. Sending a set of documents to the appropriate territorial authority of Rostechnadzor to agree on the boundaries of the security zone of the ESH Facility (if necessary);
2.6. Provision of a map (plan) describing the location of the boundaries of the security zone of the ESH Object, to the registering authority to enter information about it in the USRN;
2.7. Maintenance of materials, including the elimination of comments, before the registering authority makes a decision on entering information on the boundaries of land plots and the boundaries of the security zone of the ESH Object into the USRN.
2.8. Performing other works (services) necessary to achieve the goal of the work specified in this assignment.
The contractor pays the invoices for the provision of information from the USRN, all coordinating expert and inspection organizations that require payment when carrying out a complex of cadastral and other works, bears other costs necessary to achieve the goal stipulated by this assignment, his own dependents.
Payment for carrying out the above activities (overhead costs) is included in the cost of performing work under the contract.
1. All materials (draft documentation) and correspondence with third parties (draft letters) are agreed with JSC Rosseti Tyumen and the Customer before approval (signing).
