Comments: as part of its application, the participant must submit the signed contract to the customer's editorial office, as well as documents confirming the legal capacity and qualification of the participant (see attached files). The offer must be issued in accordance with the attached purchase documentation. The application without confirmation of the quotation by the specified documents is not allowed for consideration.
This RFP procedure is not a tender, and is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section I, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
