6. Supply of materials, machinery, tools for this work.
6.1. The works are performed using the material and equipment of the Performer.
6.2. Construction and lifting equipment, installation equipment, loading mechanisms, tools and all their consumables (oxygen, propane, auxiliaries), PPE, electric welding, gas cutting and other equipment required for the work is provided by the Contractor
6.3. Garbage collection of all categories, to industrial waste disposal sites, is carried out by transport provided by the Customer, upon the Contractor's prior request. The costs of disposing of all categories of waste at industrial waste disposal sites are borne by the Customer.
6.4. Debris loading is carried out by the Contractor's forces and mechanisms.
6.5. In case of reasonable comments to the staff on the quality of the work performed, safety violations, and administrative violations, at the request of Customer's specialists, the Contractor must replace these workers immediately.

11. Contractor Requirements
11.1. The executor must have the necessary production and human resources to carry out the work the organization has at least 10 people on a permanent basis, be a member of a self-regulatory organization ( SRO).
11.2. In order to clarify the conditions of the work and familiarize itself with the object, the Contractor's representatives arrive at the Customer.
11.3. The Contractor specifies the payment procedure and other terms and conditions in its offer.

11.5. Ensuring OT and PB measures, safe on-site operations.
11.6. Prior to the issuance of a work permit, the Contractor must provide the Customer with the following documents: copies of documents confirming that the contractor has an occupational health service and/or occupational health professional (contracting order, occupational safety certificate) or contract with an accredited service provider occupational safety.
11.7. After completion of the work, the contractor submits to the customer the execution documents in accordance with RD-11-02-2006 dated 12/26/06 and other regulatory documents.
11.8. Secure at least 12 months of warranty.
11.9. Employees involved in the work must be trained in accordance with the nature of the work, marked on a special certificate of training and delivery examinations in the certification boards.
12. Work safety.

During the work, the contractor must comply with the following rules:
- regulations on occupational safety in the operation of electrical installations;
- regulations for the technical operation of consumer electrical installations;
- Safety regulations for hazardous production facilities in which lifting facilities are used;

- occupational safety regulations for working at POT height RM-012-200;
- environmental, hygiene and other regulations in force in the Russian Federation and ensure safe working conditions for human life and health.
