Payment terms:Payment shall be made by the Customer on the basis of the Work Acceptance Acceptance Signed by the Parties, with a delay of not less than 60 (sixty) and not more than 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of signing the Acceptance Act, provided the Contractor submits to the Customer full set of the following documents:
• accounts;
• The Acceptance Certificate for Completed Works (Form No. КС-2), signed by the Parties;
• certificates of the cost of work performed and costs (form number KS-3), signed by the Parties;
• invoices.
If the contract is concluded with a small and medium-sized business (SMEs), the payment term is established in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
