Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
The customer makes payment under this Agreement in two stages: I stage. Within 5 (Five) business days from the date of signing this Agreement, on the basis of the invoice received from the Contractor, it shall pay 30% (Thirty) percent of the total amount of this Agreement.
II stage.
Provided that the Contractor is a subject of small and medium business:
Within 5 (Five) business days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act of acceptance of work performed, a Certificate of the cost of work performed and costs (forms KS-2 and KS-3), and the provision of an invoice drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation , on the basis of the invoice received from the Contractor, the Customer makes the final payment in the amount of 70% (Seventy) percent of the total amount of this Agreement.

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
