Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:the customer shall make payment under the contract by transferring funds to the contractor's current account within 80 (eighty) calendar days after the parties have signed the Act on acceptance of performed works (Forms № KS-2) and the certificate of value Works and expenses (Forms № KS-3), subject to availability of the relevant invoice of the contractor. The customer makes a payment in the amount of 90%, including VAT, from the cost specified in the Help on the cost of work performed and costs (Form KS-3) (for design and survey works-specified in the act of acceptance of completed works), signed by the parties. The final settlement of the contract shall be in accordance with paragraphs 5.7.-5.9. Of the contract.
