Payment terms:Payment terms according to the requirements of the Group of Companies "Rusagro": 100% deferred payment within 30 working days from the date of completion of the work. Interim payments on the fact of acceptance of the performed works are allowed.
In case of an advance payment of more than 1 000 000 rubles including VAT, the Supplier / Contractor shall provide a bank guarantee in the Top 10 bank based on the rating of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation. To confirm it is necessary to confirm a letter from the bank about readiness to provide a bank guarantee for the amount of the advance payment.
