Payment terms:
An advance payment for the Call for Bidding of materials is possible, but not more than 30%. The advance payment is made only under a bank guarantee to ensure the return of the advance payment. The form of the bank guarantee must be agreed with the Customer in advance. The paid advance is repaid proportionally when calculating for the work performed from the cost of the work.
Payment for the completed works is made for the actually completed works, as they are completed within 20 calendar days, upon provision of originals signed by the parties of a Certificate of the cost of completed works and costs in the form of KS-3, Certificates of acceptance of completed works in the form of KS-2, an invoice for payment issued indicating the amount of the advance payment, warranty retention and invoices. From the amount of payments due for the work performed, a guarantee deduction of 5% of the value of the works submitted for payment is withheld. The guarantee deduction of 5% of the cost of work is paid within 10 working days after signing the Act of KS-11 and the Contractor provides the invoice and invoice, subject to completion of the full range of work on time upon signing.
Delivery terms:
The services provided must comply with the requirements of the Customer, the standard of the enterprise, the requirements of current legislation and other documents that establish requirements for the quality of services that are the subject of the Contract.
The works are carried out according to the working documentation. The contractor agrees that the provided working documentation is sufficient and does not require additional study for the production of works.
Before performing the work, the contractor performs and coordinates with the Customer the Project for the production of works as part of clause 6.14 of SP 48.13330.2019 and in accordance with the requirements of MDS 12-81.2007.
Mandatory requirements for Bidders: - Membership of a Self-regulating Organization, the presence of an extract from the register of members of a self-regulating organization in the form approved by Order No. 58 of the Federal Environmental, Technological and Nuclear Supervision Service dated 02/16/2017
