Comments:
The direction of the commercial proposal with the attachment of the estimate and the indication of the possible timing of the work based on the capabilities of the contractors (participants in the procurement). The commercial proposal must be issued on an official letterhead with the seal and signature of the manager and attached to the loading documentation.
The commercial proposal must indicate:
1) The cost of work with VAT. The total amount must be reflected in the commercial proposal. The cost must be final, firm, include all additional. costs.
2) Payment terms (preference will be given to tenderers who have proposed a non-advance payment system and a maximum deferred payment).
3) Work must be carried out in strict accordance with the terms of reference.

Требования к участникам::1. Участник должен иметь действующую лицензию Министерства Российской Федерации
по делам гражданской обороны, чрезвычайным ситуациям и ликвидации последствий стихийных бедствий на виды работ:
- Монтаж, техническое обслуживание и ремонт систем пожарной и охранно-пожарной сигнализации и их элементов, включая диспетчеризацию и проведение пусконаладочных работ;
- Монтаж, техническое обслуживание и ремонт систем оповещения и эвакуации при пожаре и их элементов, включая диспетчеризацию и проведение пусконаладочных работ.
2.Участник обязан выполнять работы в полном соответствии с проектно-сметной
документацией и нормативной документацией по проведению монтажных работ, действующей на территории Российской Федерации.
