Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

When applying, bidders can choose a currency different from the one stated for the procedure. At the conclusion of the contract, the following documents must be provided:
- Charter (as amended),
- Certificate of State Registration of a Legal Entity or Certificate of Registration of a Legal Entity registered before July 1, 2002. ,
- Certificate of registration with the tax authority,
Power of attorney (if the signatory is not the head of the legal entity)
