Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

1. stage: advance payment in the amount of 50% of the total value of the contract within 10 (ten) banking days after the signing of the contract Parties and invoicing by the contractor for payment of the advance.
2. stage: final payment of 50% of the total value of the contract within 10 (ten) banking days after the signing of the certificate of technical facilities in operation, handover by Act 3 (three) sets of technical documentation, the handing-over certificate executed works in form of COP 2 and COP form help-3.
Delivery terms:work execution is carried out within 60 (sixty) days from the date of the advance payment enumeration.
