Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Preferred payment terms: Payment under the Agreement is made within 80 (eighty) calendar days after the Parties have signed the Acceptance Certificate for the work performed (form No. KS-2) and the Certificate of the cost of work performed and costs (form No. KS-3) if there is a corresponding invoice - the invoice of the Contractor (if it is to be issued in accordance with clause 5.3 of the Agreement).
Guarantee deductions are paid in full to the Contractor within 80 (eighty) calendar days from the moment the Facility was put into operation, the Facility was handed over to the acceptance commission and the Parties signed the Final Acceptance Certificate of the work performed (clause 4.3 of the Agreement).
