Execution of works on installation and commissioning of automatic fire alarm systems, warning and control of evacuation of people in case of fire, automatic firefighting and shutdown of ventilation systems, conditioning and technological equipment in case of fire in paint repair chambers, building №1, shop 441, heavy repair area (№8) in axes 109-110/Б 1-Г, automatic system fire extinguishing under the platform of units of air conditioners building №1, shop 441 in axes 112-117/В-В2, Inv. № 700010630 liter A.
Execution of works in the period from November 2019 to February 2020.
The tender procedure is carried out in 2 stages:
1. Pre-qualification (collection of applications for participation, title documents and permits)
2. Collection of technical and commercial proposals (submission of proposals, analysis, technical alignment, decision on nomination).
If desired, it is necessary to fill in and send to e-mail Anatoliy.Ponomarev@apo-rus.com a package of Application documents in the following composition:
1. Contractor's Questionnaire, $
2. List of types of work (if not previously provided),
3. Package of documents for verification of the counterparty in the EEA (if not previously provided, it is sent within 2 weeks from the date of submission of the application),
4. Reference list (with depth not more than 3 years)
5. Written confirmation of the presence of own certified and having valid certificates of personnel, for the performance of work — information letter with the attachment of the staff list with the indication of number -va of employees and level of qualification.
6. Permission documentation (available SRO, licenses, certificates, etc.).
The application is accepted until 12:00 hours on September 05, 2019 (Moscow time).
Requirements for bidders:
1. Execution of works in accordance with the projects, specifications and estimates of the Customer in the period until 16.02.2020. (deadlines may be adjusted as a result of the tender procedure) .$
2. Presence of experience in performing these works at least 3 years;
3. To start work on the basis of the received notice of the nomination;
4. Consent to the conclusion of a model contract in the edition of LADA Izhevsk LLC;
5. Availability of own certified and having valid certificates for the performance of this type of work of personnel;
6. Own material and technical base;
7. Warranty for work performed at least 24 months; warranty period of continuous use for materials, from the beginning of operation, must be at least at the manufacturer's factory,
8. All works must be performed according to the projects, specifications and estimates within the terms agreed by the Customer.
Documents submitted later will not be accepted.
