Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Attached to the bid documentation is the Requirements Specification. Appendix No. 1 lists the names of the object, equipment names, model, quantity. Appendix No. 2 shows the layout of information outlets, SVN cameras on the territory of the KKZ and in
the premises. Appendix No. 3 shows the layout of information outlets, SVN cameras, ACS Administrative Office building for staff.
Be sure to ask you to attach a Commercial Proposal with a breakdown of the cost of work and equipment for each direction separately (SCS, ACS, SVN), indicating the validity period of the Commercial Proposal, delivery dates of materials, deadlines for work, payment procedure for materials, for work, warranty periods for materials, for work.
