Payment terms:1. Advance payment up to 30% of the cost of the Treaty

2. Term of execution of works 60 (sixty) calendar days

3. Deadline COP form-2, COP-3 to 23 (twenty-third) number of the month

4. The deadline for the consideration of the COP form-2, COP-3-15 (fifteen) working days

5. Term of payment for work performed within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of signing of the forms of COP 2, COP-3.

6. Payment is based on the proportional deduction of previously paid advance guarantee of retention in the amount of 5% of the cost of work performed

7. Return 5% retention warranty runs on after 6 (six) calendar months from the date of putting the object in jekspluataciju8. The warranty period for the work performed is 60 (sixty) calendar months from the date of receipt of permission for commissioning.
Delivery terms:the cost includes the cost of installation, work arrangements (including crane), consumables (electrodes, propane, oxygen, etc.), tools (including consumables) and fasteners (bolts, washers, nuts)
