Spare parts and materials necessary for the production of works supplied forces and through the Executive Director, by prior agreement with the customer.

More info about the query described in the accompanying letter, the technical specifications and the annexes to the letter. 2. the proposals will not be accepted without the file documentation: commercial application (detailed calculation of costs of works). 3. The criteria for choosing the best offer: the availability of the necessary instruments to conduct these activities, quality, schedule, cost, terms of payment, work experience. 4. The procedure for requesting proposals is not a competition and it is not governed by articles 447-449 h. 1 CC of the RF; 5. This procedure is also not public competition and is not governed by articles 1057-1061 h 2 CIVIL CODE. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
Venue of bidding:	This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
