Payment terms:Prepayment of no more than 25% of the total cost of work under the contract
Delivery terms:The customer provides the goods and materials, according to Appendix No. 5 to the TOR.
Goods and materials not included in the appendix, but necessary for the performance of work are purchased and delivered by the Contractor on their own and at their own expense.

Machines and mechanisms (self-propelled/ large-sized) for the performance of work are provided by the Customer, at the expense of the Customer.
The list of equipment provided by the Customer is specified in the Technical Specification p.2.8.

Comments:
1. More detailed information is provided in the terms of reference.

With a commercial offer, they must be sent:
1. Completed offer card according to the form attached to the letter;
2. Appendix No. 3 to the TOR - Calculation of the contract price;
3. Appendix No. 4 to the TOR - Schedule of work;
4. Appendix No. 5 to the TOR - fill in Table 3.2. according to clause 2.8.1 of the TOR;
5. Scanned copies of qualification certificates, permits according to the TOR;
6. Scanned copies of the constituent documentation according to the list attached to the letter;
7. The consent signed by the manager for the processing of personal data;
8. Protocol of disagreements to the Customer's contract, in case of disagreements;
9. A reference list about the realized experience of performing similar works.

The participant must necessarily document both the qualifications of the personnel involved and the right of the organization to carry out activities by providing all supporting documents at the stage of submitting an application for participation in the competition.

3. Criteria for choosing the best offer: availability of necessary documents for conducting business, work experience, quality, terms of work, cost, payment terms.

4. This request for proposal procedure is not a tender and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;

5. This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this request for proposal procedure does not impose on the Customer an appropriate amount of civil obligations.

6. The attached Contract is not a public offer, however, the terms of the Contract will be binding on the winner of the auction.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
