Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:· An advance payment in the amount of 100% of the price of materials purchased by the Participant for the performance of work is paid by the Customer within 5 (five) calendar days from the date of signing the contract by the Parties.
· Payment for the work performed will be made within 10 (ten) banking days after the work has been completed in full, which will be confirmed by the Act of work performed (KS-2 form) signed by the Parties, minus the amount of the advance payment (the cost of paid materials).
· Within 5 (five) calendar days after receiving the advance payment (full or partial) from the Customer, the Participant must issue an invoice to the Customer for this amount. The date of payment is the day when funds are debited from the correspondent account of the Customer's bank.
The participant can make an alternative proposal to improve the payment conditions.
Delivery terms:Estimated start date of work: April 08, 2021.
The work will be completed by April 30, 2021
It is necessary to pre-register the passes of the contractor's employees and vehicles.
