Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:the basic provisions of the Treaty:

1. Advance 60-70% from the cost of Treaty (possible phased payment of advance payment in accordance with the schedule of funding)

2. Deadline COP form-2, COP-3 to 18 (18th) day of the month

3. The deadline for the consideration of the COP form-2, COP-3-10 (ten) working days

4. Term of payment for work performed within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of signing of the forms of COP 2, COP-3.

5. Payment is based on the proportional deduction of previously paid advance guarantee of retention in the amount of 5% of the value of the work performed, retention of contractor services in the amount of 3% of the cost of work performed

6. Return 5% retention warranty runs on after 6 (six) calendar months from the date of commissioning

7. The warranty period for the work performed is 60 (sixty) calendar months from the date of receipt of permission to enter the object to the operation.
Delivery terms:Cost includes the cost of materials, Assembly and starting-up and adjustment works. The cost of the work under the contract-firm contractual.
