Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Payment of work performed is carried out by the customer on the basis of the agreements signed by the parties of acts of acceptance of the executed works (unified form # KS-2), information on the cost of work performed (unified form # KS-3) and the accounts of the Contractor, on the basis of such Acts, not later than 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of signing of the Acts of acceptance of the executed works.
Payments for completed work is carried out by transfer payment orders by the customer of non-cash monetary funds to the account of the contractor.
The payment date is determined by the date of debiting the current account of the customer.
Cost includes:
- the value of the work performed by the Contractor, including those associated with the Elimination of the revealed deficiencies works;
- the cost of materials and equipment the contractor used when performing operations;
- the cost of operation of the equipment used to perform the work;
- the cost of transportation, packing, loading/unloading supplies and equipment the contractor to perform the work;
- the cost of training and the transfer of Executive and other documentation related to the implementation of the obligations under the contract;
- payment of customs fees, duties and other payments made by the contractor in fulfilment of commitments under the contract.
Delivery terms:
term of execution of works: 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of conclusion of the parties to the Treaty.
Place of work: Ryazan, UL. High-voltage, d. 6.
Proof of acceptance and fulfilment by a contractor of its obligations under the Treaty will be signed by both Parties Act of acceptance of the executed works.
The warranty period on the quality of work performed, materials and equipment must be at least 24 (twenty-four) months counted from the date of signing by the customer of the taking over certificate of executed works.
