Comments:
1. The contractor must be a member of a self-regulatory organization in the field of construction. The person exercising construction control at the facility must be entered in the National Register of Specialists in the Field of Construction.
2. The contractor must have access to the construction of hazardous production facilities.
3. The Contractor performs all types of work on its own and with its own materials, with the exception of the Customer's tolling materials (See Appendix 1).
4. The Contractor organizes the delivery of employees, materials and equipment to the construction site on its own. The cost of delivery to the object should be included in the cost of the technical and commercial offer.
5. Ensures the implementation of measures on labor protection and safety, fire safety, environmental protection at the facility in accordance with the requirements of regulatory documents
