Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment is made monthly with a deferred payment of at least 60 (sixty) and no more than 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of work performed, provided that there are no claims and requirements from the Customer for the quality and timing of the work performed, as well as the submission by the Contractor to the Customer of the full set of the following documents:
Accounts; Acceptance certificate of work performed (form No. KS-2) by stage, signed by the Parties; Information on the cost of work performed and costs (form No. KS-3), signed by the Parties; Invoices; Copies of Acceptance Certificates for a complete set of Executive / Technical / Initial Permit and Operational Documentation, signed by the Parties.
In case of concluding an Agreement with the SME, cl. b) clause 3.1. is set out in the following edition:
the final payment for the Services provided / Services Stage is made within 15 working days from the date of signing by the Customer signed and sent by the Contractor of the acceptance certificate of the Services / Stage of services on the basis of the invoice issued by the Contractor, by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor or other agreed parties that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation, including by transferring bills of exchange, etc.
Delivery terms:Start of work: within 10 days from the date of signing the contract.
