Payment terms:Payment for the completed Works is carried out monthly within 10 (ten) working days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act of Acceptance of the completed works and acceptance of the executive documentation for the amount of work performed.
The final payment for all Works is made within 10 (ten) working days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Acceptance Certificate of the completed construction of the object.
Delivery terms:The total term of work on Stage 1 is August 2023 - September 2023, on Stage 2 - October 2023 - December 2023 from the moment of signing the contract. The work is carried out at the facility located at: Krasnodar Territory, Primorsky District of Novorossiysk, Yuzhnaya Ozereevka settlement, Coastal structures of the Sea Terminal.
Georeferencing:Krasnodar Territory, 353900, Novorossiysk, Primorsky District, Yuzhnaya Ozereevka village, Sea terminal of CPC-R JSC.
Comments:
1. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).

3. To their proposals in electronic form, the participants of this procedure MUST, before opening the envelopes, attach the applicant's Questionnaire and the documents according to the questionnaire simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial offer (indicating the deadlines for the work), signed by an authorized person and stamped by the organization participating in this procedure. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of this requirement by the participant of the procedure, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
3. The warranty period is not less than 24 months from the date of signing the Act of acceptance of completed works in the form of CS-2.
3. The validity period of the supplier's offer is not less than 30 days.
4. Offers are submitted taking into account the cost of delivery, the cost of delivery is highlighted in a separate line.

Note: This request for proposals is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 – 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057 – 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all Proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
