Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
NOTE 1: The payment term for the services rendered under the contract (a separate stage of the contract), concluded on the basis of the results of the procurement with a small and medium-sized business, should be no more than 30 calendar days from the date of signing by the Customer a document on acceptance of the services rendered under the contract (a separate stage of the contract).
Wording: Payment for the services rendered is made by the Customer within 30 calendar days from the date of signing by the Customer of documents confirming the fact of the provision of services (stage of the provision of services) by the Contractor, and by the Contractor providing the documents specified in clause 4.3 of the contract (subject to compliance with the requirements for their design established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation and contract).
NOTE 2: The final settlement period is set up to 10 banking days from the date of receipt by the Contractor of documents to the Customer confirming the fulfillment of obligations by the Contractor (subject to compliance with the requirements for their execution established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation and the contract), when concluding contracts with counterparties providing for payment in general under the contract in the amount of up to 5 million rubles. (except for small and medium-sized businesses).

Under the documents specified in this clause, the Parties agreed to consider the documents named in clause 4.3 of the contract.
The originals specified in clause 4.3 of the document contract are transmitted by the Contractor to the Customer in any way that allows to reliably establish the date of such a transfer.
Settlements under the agreement are made by transferring funds from the Customer’s bank account to the Contractor’s bank account or, as agreed by the Parties, by transferring bills and other securities as payment under the transfer-acceptance certificate. Advance payment is not provided for.
