Payment terms:
payment work is carried out by the employer in the following order:
25% of the total cost (price) of the Treaty shall be paid by the customer within 15 (fifteen) working days counting from the date of conclusion of the parties to the contract, based on the account of the contractor.
The payment of the cost of work carried out by the customer on the basis of the agreements signed by the parties of acts of acceptance of the executed works (unified form # KS-2), information on the cost of work performed (unified form # KS-3) and the accounts of the Contractor, on the basis of such Acts, not later than 60 (sixty) days from the date of signing of the Acts of acceptance of the executed works.

- the cost of materials and equipment the contractor used when performing operations;
- the cost of operation of the equipment used to perform the work;
- the cost of transportation, packing, loading/unloading supplies and equipment the contractor to perform the work;
- the cost of temporary technological connections (if required);
- the cost incurred by the main contractor building site operation costs (including utilities, maintenance, security, fire safety, etc.), as well as the cost of felling of trees, other costs, including seasonal nature, necessary for the operation of the construction site, Object and equipment to the moment of execution of the general contractor all obligations under this agreement;
