Обоснование: Признать несостоявшимся открытый запрос предложений на право заключения договора на выполнение работ по объекту «Реконструкция системы контроля и управления ВПУ ТС» для нужд филиала ОАО «ТГК-5» «Марий Эл и Чувашии» (ПП Йошкар-Олинская ТЭЦ-2), так как Организатору открытого запроса предложений поступило 1 (Одно) предложение от ОАО «ИК Энергетические активы» (113054, Москва, Большой Строченовский перулок д.7, оф.7) на сумму 6 952 058,09 (Шесть миллионов девятьсот пятьдесят две тысячи пятьдесят восемь) рублей 09 копеек с учетом НДС 18%.
