Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Comments:
1) I ask you to send a Commercial Proposal to carry out work on the equipment of an unguarded multi-track railway crossing to NMZhK JSC in accordance with the Requirements Specification.

2) Participation of suppliers in the procedure is free of charge, E-Signature is not required

3)Mandatory familiarization with the bid documentation:
- Requirements Specification
- approved list of documents p.3, line 1-10.
- counterparty's questionnaire required to be completed
- special conditions to the contract for rendering when the contractor is on the main
- a link to submit consent to the NO at the place of registration

4)Mandatory conditions:
- submission of a Commercial Proposal indicating the total cost of the work in accordance with the Requirements Specification, indicating the timing of the work, payment procedure, warranty.
- compliance of the Commercial Proposal with clause 4 of the approved Requirements Specification.
- Inspection of the place of work or a request to submit a photo and video of the place of work to the responsible specialist
- A reference list for the period 2022-23 with a reflection of customer organizations where similar work was performed
- a set of documents according to the approved list
- completed counterparty questionnaire
- readiness to submit consent and sign the OU when the contractor is on the OSN.

5) Tender procedure:
- Provision of commercial offers.
- Analysis of the received commercial offers for compliance with the Requirements Specifications
- Analysis of the submitted package of documents
- The tender organizer reserves the right to rebidding. Rebidding is carried out after the bid acceptance is completed in order to improve the essential terms of their offer by Bidders. Rebidding is allowed for organizations whose proposal complies with the Requirements Specifications, a complete set of documents is submitted, and the TC has not identified any risks of interaction with the counterparty.
- Summing up the results of the tender, approval of the winner.
- It is allowed to select several performers of a set of works on certain types of transported waste.

This request for proposals procedure is not a tender, and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of Part one of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1065 of Part two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure for requesting proposals does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the customer
